This year, Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday (Maulid) falls on Friday, 5 September 2025. It is a meaningful moment for Muslims worldwide to commemorate the birth of the Prophet and to reflect on his exemplary character. The life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW continues to inspire humanity with values of compassion, honesty, justice, and social responsibility, principles that remain deeply relevant in today’s fast-changing world.
For the academic community, Maulid serves as a reminder of the importance of seeking knowledge with sincerity, spreading benefits to others, and fostering harmony within society. The Prophet’s legacy teaches us that knowledge must always be accompanied by ethics and kindness in order to bring positive change.
