The Communication Science Studies Programme, Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, successfully held the 2025 Internship Innovators Conversion Examination as the concluding stage of the Internal Internship Programme for the Academic Year 2025/2026. This moment marked the final phase of a comprehensive process undertaken by the Innovators throughout one full semester.
The conversion examination is not merely an academic formality. It serves as both an evaluation and a reflective space for students’ direct learning experiences in professional settings. Throughout the internship programme, students were not only engaged in practical professional work, but also underwent a structured learning process encompassing planning, implementation, revision, and continuous competency development.
During the examination session, the Innovators presented their final internship reports before a panel of examiners. They outlined their work processes, achievements, challenges, and key insights gained throughout the programme. In addition, selected portfolios showcasing their best work were presented as a form of academic accountability and tangible evidence of the competencies they have developed.
This process reaffirms that the success of an internship programme is not measured solely by final grades, but by students’ ability to integrate theory and practice, demonstrate critical thinking, and academically justify every idea and decision they put forward.
The Communication Science Studies Programme extends its appreciation to all students who have successfully completed this stage. May this experience serve as a strong foundation for their future career development and meaningful contributions to society.
